Power On Coached Megan Pennington is getting ready for worlds! Last night, at practice, she was flying at 6 minute mile pace and had to keep checking her watch to make sure she wasn't going any faster. That's a good problem to have! Go Megan!

Bill Palermo who had a PR at Presque Isle Sprint at the age of 67! He took first in his age group and PR'd!
Dorothee Scharfenberg Fuller took 3rd AG at the Rhode Warrior despite a flat tire!
Leslie Connell Neff pushed through at the NE Tri to win her AG!
Megan Pennington PR'd to take 2nd in her AG, running 6:33/mile pace in her 10k championship race!
